I would not purchase this again. Setup is quick and easy but the light is unresponsive on the app too often. At the end I end up having to use the light switch instead. Would not recommend if you’re buying to be able to control it via your phone or Alexa.

I love this product, nice value and connectivity to Alexa is easy

The first one I bought did not work after trying for about an hour to get it to connect to my wifi and Alexa. Contacted Amazon and they replaced the defective bulb. New one connected almost immediately and has worked easily and as expected. Love the lighting choices, ability to change the brightness, and ease of using it with Alexa.

These LED bulbs are incredibly easy to install, practically self installing. They’re as bright as any 60w bulb, they have a sufficient range of colors to suit me, and their price was excellent – $10.49 per bulb.
Pros and cons – Some might consider that these bulbs work only with Alexa a con, but since that’s the way I’m using it, I don’t see this as any negative.

EASIEST smart light to set up! 100% recommend

I use this light way more than I expected to. Setup was seamless and it does exactly what it advertises.
It has two settings: color and brightness. I mainly keep mine on a soft white color around 70% brightness because that’s easy on my eyes, but I change the color to a brighter white at times when I need to see well for writing or doing activities at my desk. I don’t use it for this task, but I’m sure you could do some thematic color changing for gaming or movie watching. It has become part of my nighttime routine to turn the brightness down to 10% while I start winding down for bed and then turning it off just before I go to sleep. Just for this use has made it worth the purchase.
If I could change anything about the bulb, the only things I would change are making it capable of going slightly dimmer, and I would make it possible to change the color and brightness with one command (although it is worth noting that this is possible with routines in the Alexa app, but that’s an extra step).
Overall great purchase, and I would recommend this 100% for a bedroom or bathroom that you may not want to be too bright during the night.

I bought 4 more of these today and got rid of all my smart plugs, which are a pain in the ass to re-pair to my smart speaker if you change routers, network connections, etc.
I also got rid of my Philips Hue brand Bluetooth bulbs because they sucked so hard. I couldn’t even link them to Alexa without a separate bridge device, which is archaic and unnecessary. Plus they constantly would unpair from my Google Home Nest speaker (which I also got rid of because Google isn’t supporting the nest device with updates anymore, but didn’t bother to tell anyone).
These bulbs practically CONNECT THEMSELVES to your Echo. Just light them on in your lamp, go to “Devices” in your app and they will be immediately visible. It’s that simple.
The variety of white light options is also a bonus. I love to use the warm white at night as it’s calming and helps with getting sleepy. Plus you’ve got all the exotic colours too (which I never use, but maybe I’ll use the orange for Halloween).
I honestly wish I opted for these bulbs first. The price is right too. Go for it!

I found exactly what I was looking for — a good quality light bulb that is easy to set up and is easy to control via Alexa, whether simply asking Alexa to turn the light on or off, or setting up a daily schedule where the lights come on and turn off automatically. I’ve bought several of the 4-pack of bulbs now, replacing many of the previous light bulbs in my home with these.

Love the fact that I can control the light from my Alexa app. Stays connected and I can manage from far away. Good color selection and responsiveness.

Works as expected. No issues. I even put it in my old (100 years old) lamp, still works. I tried a cheaper version , it did not work. This one is reliable and works everytime. Set up was easy. Super happy.

Works well… but theres isn’t as much choice of colors as Govee… but easy to install and love the practicality of it… couldn’t connect my Govee ones to alexa so this is why I got these… again, just wish there was more colors but i mainly use red and warm white (their warm white makes a lotttt of light which is great).

These bulbs were so much quicker and easier to set up then some other brands. Seem like they are good quality too.

Connected easily. I think because I have an Echo, it automatically connected to my wifi when I turned it on.
I’ve had a couple times it said unresponsive and I had to turn it off and on again. I think that problem has resolved itself.
Good for the price. Dimming feature works well, which was the main feature I wanted.
